upon arrival, units were canvassing the area and observed a male standing at the front entrance of the building where the incident took place. officers asked the male what he was doing there and he does not there live there and stated he was waiting for a ride. officers asked the male his identification, the male refused. the male stated to officers he doesn't need to say his name or give any identification. officers advised the male that he was at the scene of a breaking and entering incident, which he did not live at. officers again demanded the male give identification, to which he provided a massachusetts id xxx) that showed the male (xxx) lived atxxx holborn street. xxxthen ripped the id out of officer mulligans hand and said he had to go. officers observed xxxleave the scene in a brown pick up (ma reg xxx
