PO Dwayne Jackson, ID # 11526, was called at approximately 05:20 hours, 2/12/2014, by the channel 3 dispatcher. He did not respond. The channel 3 dispatcher continued to call PO Jackson for approximately 15 minutes. PO Jackson did not respond. I called PO Jackson on his phone. He did not answer. Sgt. J Galvin also called PO Jackson and he also recieved no reply. I had an officer look for PO Jackson, in the parking lot. He was unable to locate PO Jackson.
