On Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at about 9:00 AM the complainant called IAD and stated that he was arrested for disorderly for riding his bicycle on the sidewalk. He has called area C-11 and the Gang Unit to inquire where his bicycle is located and no one can tell him where it is.
