Lieutenant Detective Hamilton and Sergeant Puglia had arranged to meet a witness for an Internal Affairs investigation at her parent's home in Wakefield at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, June 23,2014. During the time of our scheduled meeting with the witness, Officer Marchant came to the offices of Internal Affairs demanding a list of firearms that had been taken for safe keeping from his home. Officer Marchant should be aware that incidents of this nature are documented and as a police officer, he should be aware of how to obtain a copy of an incident report.
