On 10/07/2014, at 2250 hours, P.O. Frank Lee, I.D. #12128, as he dressed at his home to perform a last half tour of duty in District E-5, realized that his two Department issued Glock magazines containing 15 .40 caliber rounds each were missing from his duty belt.
